Regional Emmy recognizes excellence in local television news

鈥淲inning this award is bittersweet,鈥 said Dixon. 鈥淚 hope the families of the four officers who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our city see how we were able to honor them that morning, and the way we informed our viewers of their dedication to the place we all love and call home.鈥
